Walter Frazier is often seen downtown. His routine includes walking up to 30 miles a day in search of odd jobs to make money.
Part of Frazier's daily routine is shopping at the St. Vincent De Paul Mission thrift store, and he occassionaly takes time out to rest while waiting for friends Kathy Martin and Keith Taylor (not pictured).
