Dominique Brousseau, 28, climbs into the winery tanks to hand scurb them. Each tank has to be completely stairilized the tanks can be filled up with any more wine.Brousseau sends a limited amount of time in the tanks because they have low oxygen. She said she sends 70 percent of her time at the winery cleaning. "I'm a cellar monkey," she said
