
Leaping from rail to rail, 6-year-old Clay Erwin plays in his backyard on Maple Avenue with pal Cole Verhoven, 6. "The miniature house was a gift from Santa Claus. There was a note that said your other present is out back. It was so cool. It was the best the were like oh my gosh," Clay's father Bill Erwin said.
