Laughs always brewing at morning coffee club. Gene Worthington and Raymond Kirkland share in the morning coffee and holding forth that is Danville's Old Goat's Club. Most members are retired, though some have gone so far as to describe themselves as "nearly dead." The discussion, tall tales and ribald jibes at the Old Goats Club, however, are always lively.

The Old Goats Prayer List - Cussing and swearing is forbidden at the Old Goats Coffee Club. Violations result in a star on rigorously maintained "prayer list."Also on hand for extra fodder: crisp copies of today's newpaper, an atlas, a dictionary, and some gum drops for good measure.
